Archiver

Archives files to store them offline, purges files to free disk space, and retrieves files from a drive or cloud location to restore a job.

Business Link

Provides the ability to bi-directionally connect Prinergy with qualified MIS (management information system) using JDF. The production reports that are included in the software also allow users to run several preconfigured reports from a web-based interface, independent of an MIS.
The exchange of product and process-related JDF job data with qualified MIS systems allows complete automated job creation and set up in Prinergy. Imposition information from an MIS can be automatically imported or used to create impositions for Prinergy. The material and status type information that is automatically gathered by the Prinergy Business Link software during the production process can be sent to an MIS, allowing automated tracking of materials and seamless distribution of status information from Prinergy and InSite in the MIS.
Business Link also automatically gathers information regarding the production of jobs from Prinergy and InSite. The data can then be sent to the MIS in tab-delimited format for job costing or used to create stand-alone reports describing prepress activity and materials used in jobs.

ColorFlow

The ColorFlow Software—Workflow Edition allows users to create color setups that define color relationship between devices using ICC profiles and calibration curves. ColorFlow Workflow Edition can also be used solely for tonal calibration, without creating color setups for full color relationship management. Plate or print curves created in ColorFlow Workflow Edition can be chosen directly in output process templates, without having to create and specify a ColorSetup.
The ColorFlow Software—Pro Workflow Edition gives you all of the functionality of the Workflow Edition, plus the ability to create ICC device profiles, and create and edit device link profiles. Licensing is for a single seat; the ColorFlow software can be installed on multiple client computers, but only one user can modify the colorstore database at one time.

Dashboard

Increase the number of your Dashboard clients. (The first Dashboard client is free and does not require a license.)
Dashboard is a distributed browser-based interface for providing status and progress in production. It provides prepress management and customer service representatives better visibility into the production process with an overall view of job status across single or multiple Prinergy workflow systems throughout an operation.

EPM and Job Replication

EPM (Emergency Plate Making) enables you to process jobs and produce plates on a secondary server if a primary server fails, but does not allow you to see existing jobs.
Hot Standby (EPM+) allows a customer to continue using Prinergy with minimal downtime by running the database server on the secondary server without losing job data.
Job Replication duplicates your job information on a second tertiary server and enables you to access job files in the event that your tertiary server fails.

Output

Output is not included in the Entry Level, Mid-Range, and High-End base licenses. An Output Pack is required to enable the generation of output from a Prinergy system. Only one Output Pack may be licensed per system. Choose one of three output packs: 4-up, 8-up, or VLF, according to your largest CTP or digital device. Each of the three output packs includes a DCL (Device Connectivity License), two JTP renderers, signature booklet output and vector output.

Output Renderer

One additional engine that enables additional output render engines (RIPs) on the Prinergy system.

Packaging Layout Automation

Enables automation of packaging layout creation. It enables Prinergy to automatically take job information from your management information system (MIS) and create a layout designed for your printing environment. Prinergy Layout Automation validates the information and allows the layout to be manually edited with an easy-to-use editing tool; you do not need to start the Pandora step-and-repeat software. Prinergy Rules-Based Automation is a prerequisite.

PDF Batch Trapping

Provides the ability to automatically trap PDF pages during a Prinergy refine process (includes advanced features, such as enhanced trap corner geometry settings and keepaway traps for packaging related work).

PDF Compare

This plug-in for Acrobat enables you to analyze two PDF files. The differences are summarized in a new PDF file that can be saved or sent in an e-mail message to clients. Using Acrobat layers, the common elements are segmented from the change elements for easy inspection.

PDF File Editor

This plug-in enables you to edit refined PDF files using Illustrator.

PDF Merge

This plug-in for Acrobat assists in correction cycles. It enables you to compare two PDF files, preserve objects from one file, and apply those objects to the other file. For example, you can apply changed objects from a corrected file to the trapped original while maintaining the traps.

PDF Platebuilder

This plug-in for Acrobat enables you to add white, bump, and varnish plates to refined PDF files, and gives you an automatic mechanism to create varnish and white separations for appropriate portions of graphics.

PDF Trap Editor

This plug-in for Acrobat enables you to trap objects and pages, set trap geometry, and create keepaway traps.

Preflight+

Provides advanced profile-based preflighting to identify and apply fixups to problems in the input files. Includes a profile editor so that users can create their own profiles. Generates a preflight report that itemizes the results, with links to the objects in the PDF Digital Master.

PrintLink Ink Key Setting

Dramatically reduces make-ready time by generating digital ink profiles and routing them to the press interface. It automatically communicates precise ink coverage information and print form geometry from prepress to the pressroom for digital ink-key presets. This approach reduces time, paper, and ink wasted in adjusting ink keys on the press. PrintLink also eliminates the time spent scanning imaged plates and maintaining a plate scanner.

Rules-Based Automation (RBA)

Allows you to create automatic rules for any existing manual event, business process, or daily step in your printing production workflow. Rules-Based Automation includes sample rule sets, but more importantly, it allows you to create custom rules unique to your business. As a result, you can organize all stages of print production, enabling your business to run more efficiently.

ColorFlow

Dashboard

Salida

PrintLink Ink Key Setting

Business Link

Fournit une connexion bidirectionnelle entre Prinergy et les systèmes d'informations de gestion (MIS) approuvés via un JDF. Les rapports de production inclus dans le logiciel permettent également aux utilisateurs d'exécuter différents rapports préconfigurés à partir d'une interface Web, indépendamment de tout système MIS.
L'échange des données de travail JDF associées aux produits et processus avec des systèmes MIS approuvés permet la création et la configuration de travaux entièrement automatisés dans Prinergy. Les informations d'imposition d'un système MIS peuvent être automatiquement importées ou utilisées afin de créer des impositions pour Prinergy. Les informations relatives aux matériaux et aux types d'état automatiquement recueillies par le logiciel Prinergy Business Link pendant le processus de production peuvent être envoyées à un système MIS pour automatiser le suivi des matériaux et assurer une répartition homogène des informations d'état de Prinergy et InSite dans le système MIS.
En outre, Business Link recueille automatiquement les informations relatives à la production des travaux dans Prinergy et InSite. Les données peuvent alors être envoyées au système MIS au format délimité par des tabulations pour le calcul des coûts du travail, ou être utilisées pour créer des rapports autonomes décrivant l'activité du prépresse et les matériaux employés sur les travaux.

ColorFlow

Le logiciel ColorFlow Workflow Edition permet aux utilisateurs de créer des définitions de couleurs qui déterminent les relations colorimétriques entre les périphériques à l'aide de profilsICC et de courbes de calibrage. Le logiciel ColorFlow Workflow Edition peut également être utilisé à des fins de calibrage tonal uniquement, sans création de définitions de couleurs pour la gestion des relations colorimétriques. Les courbes de plaque ou d'impression créées dans le logiciel ColorFlow Workflow Edition peuvent être directement choisies dans les modèles de processus de sortie, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de créer ou de spécifier des définitions de couleurs.

Dashboard

Augmentez le nombre de vos clients Dashboard. (Le premier client Dashboard est gratuit et ne nécessite pas de licence).
Dashboard est une interface distribuée basée sur navigateur qui présente l'état et la progression de la production. Elle offre aux responsables du prépresse et aux représentants du service clientèle une meilleure visibilité sur le processus de production avec une vue globale de l'état des travaux sur un ou plusieurs systèmes Prinergy Workflow tout au long d'une opération.

EPM et Job Replication

EPM (Emergency Plate Making) vous permet de traiter les travaux et de produire des plaques sur un serveur secondaire en cas de défaillance d'un serveur principal, mais il ne vous permet pas de voir les travaux existants.
Hot Standby (EPM+) permet à un client de continuer à utiliser Prinergy avec un temps d'arrêt minimal en exécutant le serveur de base de données sur le serveur secondaire sans perte des données de travail.
Job Replication duplique vos informations de travail sur un deuxième serveur tertiaire et vous permet d'accéder aux fichiers de travail en cas de défaillance de votre serveur tertiaire.

Output

La fonctionnalité Output n'est pas incluse dans les licences de base des versions Entry Level (Entrée de gamme), Mid-Range (Milieu de gamme) et High-End (Haut de gamme). Un pack Output est requis pour générer une sortie à partir d'un système Prinergy. La licence ne comprend qu'un seul pack Output par système. Choisissez l'un des trois packs Output suivants: 4 et plus, 8 et plus ou VLF, conformément à votre plus grand périphérique CTP ou numérique. Chacun des trois packs Output comprend une licence DCL (Device Connectivity License - Licence de connectivité de périphérique), deux JTP de rendu, une sortie du livret de cahiers et une sortie vectorielle.

Output Renderer

Packaging Layout Automation

Permet d'automatiser la création de la mise en page. Il permet à Prinergy d'extraire automatiquement les informations de travail sur votre système MIS et de créer une mise en page adaptée à votre environnement d'impression. Prinergy Layout Automation valide les informations et permet l'édition manuelle des mises en page grâce à un outil d'édition rapide et simple à utiliser; il est inutile de lancer le logiciel de copies en répétition Pandora. Prinergy Rules-Based Automation est un outil indispensable.

PDF Batch Trapping

Permet de procéder automatiquement au recouvrement des pages PDF pendant un processus de raffinage Prinergy (comprend des fonctionnalités avancées, telles que des paramètres de géométrie de recouvrement améliorés et des recouvrements distants pour les travaux liés à l'emballage).

PDF Compare

Ce module externe Acrobat vous permet d'analyser deux fichiers PDF. Les différences sont récapitulées dans un nouveau fichier PDF qui peut être enregistré ou envoyé par e-mail aux clients. Grâce aux couches Acrobat, les éléments communs sont séparés des éléments modifiés pour en faciliter le contrôle.

PDF File Editor

Ce module externe vous permet de modifier les fichiers PDF raffinés à l'aide d'Illustrator.

PDF Merge

Ce module externe Acrobat est utilisé lors des cycles de correction. Il vous permet de comparer deux fichiers PDF et de conserver les objets d'un fichier pour les appliquer à l'autre fichier. Par exemple, vous pouvez appliquer les objets modifiés d'un fichier corrigé au fichier recouvert d'origine tout en conservant les recouvrements.

PDF Platebuilder

Ce module externe Acrobat vous permet d'ajouter des plaques blanches, de relief et de vernis aux fichiers PDF raffinés. Il vous offre également un mécanisme automatique de création de sélections de blanc et de vernis selon les parties des graphiques qui conviennent.

PDF Trap Editor

Ce module externe Acrobat vous permet de recouvrir des objets et des pages, de définir la géométrie de recouvrement et de créer des recouvrements distants.

Preflight+

Fournit un «preflight» avancé basé sur profil pour identifier et corriger les problèmes dans les fichiers d'entrée. Comprend un éditeur de profils pour permettre aux utilisateurs de créer leurs propres profils. Génère un rapport Preflight qui détaille les résultats, avec des liens vers les objets de la matrice numérique PDF.

PrintLink Ink Key Setting

Réduit considérablement le temps de calage en générant des profils d'encre numériques et en les acheminant vers l'interface de la presse. Communique automatiquement les informations précises de la charge d'encre et la géométrie de la forme imprimante du prépresse à l'atelier pour les préréglages numériques des registres d'encrier. Business Link

Fornisce la possibilità di collegare in modo bidirezionale Prinergy a un MIS (Management Information System) compatibile utilizzando JDF. ColorFlow

Il software ColorFlow: Workflow Edition consente agli utenti di creare impostazioni di colore che definiscano la relazione tra colori in dispositivi che utilizzano profili ICC e curve di calibrazione. È possibile utilizzare ColorFlow Workflow Edition anche solo per la calibrazione dei toni, senza creare impostazioni di colore per la gestione delle relazioni cromatiche. Le curve delle lastre o delle stampe create in ColorFlow Workflow Edition possono essere selezionate direttamente nei modelli di processo di output, senza dover creare e specificare una configurazione di colori.
ColorFlow Software-Pro Workflow Edition è dotato di tutte le funzionalità di Workflow Edition. Inoltre, consente di creare profili di dispositivo ICC, nonché di creare e modificare profili DeviceLink. La licenza è individuale; ColorFlow può essere installato su più computer client, ma il database dei colori può essere modificato da un solo utente alla volta.

Dashboard

EPM e Job Replication (Replica processo)

EPM (Emergency Plate Making) consente di elaborare processi e di produrre lastre su un server secondario, nel caso in cui si verifichi un errore sul server primario, ma non consente di visualizzare i processi esistenti.
Hot Standby (EPM+) consente all'utente di continuare a utilizzare Prinergy con tempi di inattività ridotti, eseguendo il server del database sul server secondario, senza perdere i dati del processo.
Job Replication (Replica processo) duplica le informazioni del processo su un server terziario e consente di accedere ai file del processo, nel caso in cui si verifichi un errore sul server terziario.

Output

L'output non è incluso nelle licenze base Entry Level, Mid-Range e High-End. Per attivare la creazione di output da un sistema Prinergy, è necessario un Output Pack. È possibile concedere in licenza un solo Output Pack per sistema. Scegliere uno dei tre Output Pack: 4-up, 8-up o VLF, a seconda del CTP o del dispositivo digitale più grande. Ognuno dei tre Output Pack include un DCL (Device Connectivity License), due programmi di rendering JTP, output di opuscoli segnatura e output vettoriali.

Output Renderer

Packaging Layout Automation

Consente di automatizzare la creazione del layout di confezionamento. PDF Trap Editor

Questo plug-in per Acrobat consente di eseguire il trapping di oggetti e pagine, di impostare la geometria di trapping e di creare trap della funzione keepaway.

Preflight+

Offre un preflight avanzato basato su profili, per identificare e correggere i problemi nei file di input. Include un editor per il profilo, cosicché gli utenti possano creare i propri profili. PrintLink Ink Key Setting (Impostazione inchiostrazione digitale PrintLink)

Riduce drasticamente il tempo di messa a punto generando profili di inchiostrazione digitali e instradandoli all'interfaccia della macchina da stampa. Trasmette automaticamente le informazioni sulla copertura d'inchiostro esatta e la forma delle stampe dalla prestampa al reparto di stampa per i sistemi di preimpostazione di inchiostrazione digitale. RBA (Rules-Based Automation)

Packaging Layout Automation
