The Prepress Portal 9.2 upgrade is available for systems running Prepress Portal 9.1 or later on Microsoft Windows 2012 R2. Customers that use earlier versions of Kodak InSite must upgrade to InSite 9.1.1 before upgrading to version 9.2.

  • If your system is not on the Prepress Portal 9.1 software or later on Windows 2012 R2, do not attempt this upgrade and contact your local Response Center representative for assistance.
  • If the installed version on your Prinergy server is not 8.2 or later, upgrade your Prinergy server before upgrading Prepress Portal to version 9.2.
  • If you need assistance to upgrade to Prepress Portal 9.2, contact your local Response Center representative.
