  • Creating a smart job list of my jobs
In Prinergy Workshop, prepress operators can set up custom fields to track information that Prinergy doesn't normally have access to. For Prinergy Dashboard users, useful custom fields might be salesperson, customer service representative, and so on. Using this feature requires coordination with prepress.
For example, if Prinergy Workshop has been configured with a job custom field called CSR, and prepress operators have entered the appropriate customer service representative name in this field, you can create a smart job list showing your jobs.
    1. Click New Smart Job List to display the Smart List Editor dialog box.
    2. Type the name of the smart job list.
    3. Select CSR, select contains, and type your name (as typed by prepress operators) in the text box.
    4. Click OK.
