Congratulations on your purchase of KODAK Prinergy Cloud Services.
After we process your order, the following steps will take place to complete your account setup:
We will provision your account, users and credentials. At a minimum you will receive an Analytics account with two users. One of these (custadmin) is administrative and can be used for user administration only. The other account is a management account giving you full control of your Analytics dashboards.
You will then be contacted by Service so they can RSS into your server to deploy the Cloud Agent and configure Cloud Services such as Cloud Archive and Dynamic Print Planning.
Once this is complete, you will receive a Completion of Install e-mail. This will contain the links to your cloud services, login usernames and passwords, and links to training videos and self help guides.
