This notice explains our practices with regard to all of the commercial information and personal information we receive from our clients as a data processor (collectively, "Client Data"). Kodak UWS receives and processes Client Data only as instructed or permitted by our clients unless mandatory law otherwise requires. Kodak UWS has implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to safeguard Client Data.
Kodak UWS will disclose Client Data to third parties as instructed by the client. We may disclose your Client Data to our affiliates and data processors as needed to provide the services that our Client has requested. These entities are all contractually bound to limit use of our Client Data as needed to perform the services. We may disclose Client Data in connection with a merger or acquisition. We will also disclose Client Data when required to do so by law.
If you are based outside of the United States, your Client Data may be transferred to Kodak UWS and its affiliates and data processers in the United States and elsewhere in the world. We will always administrative, technical and physical controls in order to protect the confidentiality and security of the Client Data, regardless of where it is processed.
